This was a really lovely stay for good value of money. The staff was outstandingly accommodating, gentle with every request. The breakfast was marvellous, had variety of options. Its location was marvellous away from all the nightlife. The pool was very clean and I had delicious drinks in the piano bar.

Short way from the restaurant bar bodega la mezquita. It was a 4-star hotel in every way. Short drive to iglesia de sant roma. Excellent base vacation in Lloret de Mar.

The hotel was OK in most aspects but not more than that.
Not value for money at all - and does not deserve to be a 4 stars hotel. The staff told us that there isn't even one double bed in the whole hotel. but when we walked by a room 2 floors lower we saw a double bed. half of our room was renovated but the furniture was very cheap and old and the floor tiles was old and not suitable for hotel.

The staff were very polite and helpful the rooms were not overly large but were cleaned to a high standard an added bonus was the gym and spa facilities were included in the price The food was very good a varied menu of dishes that where always served Hot not luke warm like I have had in other hotels. I must mention Jose the recepcionist he was extremely polite and was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for him.Overall the hotel was good value for money if we ever go to lloret again we would stay again
If I had a complaint my bed was very hard but some people like them that way

I liked the size of the room and bathroom.
The hotel doesn't have even one parking place for customers arriving by car. So, one of us did the check-in while the other one went with the car around the hotel several times. The receptionist told me later, that we are supposed to park in front of a garage gate (with a forbidden sign on it). The shower can only be placed so high at around 2 mt or more, that each time we take it out and back on, the shower curtain doesn't prevent the water from going out onto the bathroom floor. The breakfast has variety but it is the basic of every group of food. So, the ham seems the cheapest, the orange juice idem, the bacon, the bread and on and on. There is not even one small carpet in the room at the side of the beds ...

In terms of value for money, you don't get better than this hotel. We stayed for 3 nights and could not fault anything. Originally we had intended to have our evening meal in local restaurants but there was not much choice so used hotel buffet instead; At £10.00 per head it was ideal. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

perfect central spot for city strolls and dining adventures
I loved how close everything was, as it took just a few steps to reach the beach and only about a 5-minute walk to enjoy fantastic local restaurants like Ca L'enric. Plus, the staff was friendly and always ready to help.

Nice location, not far from the beach but not near the most noisy area. Lovely pool. Good value for money. Correct meals (I was on half board). Clean.
Small and darkish rooms, in the morning guests have to set up their own breakfast tables (!), no real coffee for breakfast (instant machine one), design a bit outdated.

The lobby's elegant decor and wide corridors made it easy for us to navigate, with ample seating for when we needed a break. Everything felt safe and cute, just like a cozy family gathering.
More varied dining options for seniors would be nice.
